Hey guys, today I am bringing you another healthy recipe, gluten free brownies. Last week, my best friend and I came home late from work, and we wanted to watch a movie together. We made coffee so we can stay up late. Then I realized we don’t have any desserts. What saved the night was these delicious gluten free brownies!
I love to have my dessert when drinking coffee so I was thinking about recipes in my mind to find something easy. Then, I decided to just go simple. You’ll need only 4 ingredients to make these deliciously healthy paleo-vegan friendly gluten free brownies! This means, you won’t have to worry about shopping for this recipe. I find it very frustrating when I come across a delicious recipe, then realize I do not have all the things I need. Although, this won’t be the only thing you will love about them. They are so gooey, fudgey and soft. If you don’t believe me, look at the photo below (just kidding). Now let’s get into how to make these beautiful gluten free brownies.
1/2 cup peanut butter (melted)
3 medium organic bananas
1/4 cup nut milk of choice
1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
1 piece of medjool dates (optional for extra sweetness)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a parchment paper on a 9 inch tart pan. (I used a tart pan to get thicker squares, you can use a normal baking pan also.)
- Melt the peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Combine everything in a blender.
- Bake for 20 mins and enjoy!
